    Responsabilidades

    General

    · Normas y reglamentos de seguridad.

    · Seguridad de los bienes (dinero, inventarios, instalaciones, materiales, información confidencial, propiedad intelectual, sistemas informáticos, servicios de comunicación y reputación).

    · Requisitos legales y reglamentarios.

    · Sistema de gestión integral.

    · Generar registros que sean exactos y completos.

    · Comunicación asertiva con los departamento y áreas de interrelación

    Area of Expertise, Requirements

    · Tomar el relevo del operador saliente, informándose de las posibles anomalías, tanto verbalmente como a través de bitácoras.

    · Recibir instrucciones del Supervisor de producción de turno dando continuidad al proceso productivo.

    · Sustituir a cualquier operador de producción (sin importar área de trabajo) de la planta.

    · Coordinar el arranque y parada de máquinas junto con el Supervisor de Turno.

    · Realizar controles durante el turno, del proceso.

    · Controlar toma de datos, tanto de línea de producción como de elaboración de cargas de aditivos.

    · Preparar con el personal de turno, liberación de equipos o instalación, para realización de reparaciones y coordina las intervenciones de mantenimiento y comprueba el estado de los aparatos.

    · Revisar y control de calidad de lotes terminados, trasladando la información al Supervisor de Turno identificando el producto dentro de especificación y material que no cumpla con la especificación requerida.

    · Preparar mezclas y dosifica materias primas en las líneas de producción.

    · Suministrar cargas, minerales, aditivos y materias primas; recuperar embalajes, polvo y mezclas no utilizadas.

    · Preparar la carga y descarga de productos (limpiezas de cambios de materiales).

    · Mantener limpia su zona de trabajo y en situación optima de seguridad, participando de forma activa en los procesos de mejora continua.

    · Cumplir con la documentación necesaria para el control de materias primas y se ocupa de su abastecimiento en caso de carencia supervisa de la carga y descarga.

    · Controlar y participar en la mejora continua de Seguridad, Salud Laboral y Medio Ambiente, participando en la formación del personal.

    · Manejar carretillas y aparatos de elevación, si procede.

    · Salvaguardar los índices de calidad identificando, trasladando y retirando todo aquel producto que no cumpla la normativa establecida.

    · Revisar de pleno funcionamiento de equipos del área.

    · Reportar el material de scrap y status actual.

    · Reportar de materias primas para el correcto consumo en sistema SAP.

    Requisitos:

    Educación

    · Bachillerato o carrera técnica.

    Experiencia

    · Experiencia de al menos 3 años de experiencia en la industria petroquímica.

    Referenciar esta posición con el delegado de la sección Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la industria Química, Petroquímica, Carboquímica, Energía y Gases, adheridos a la C.T.M.
