Medical Advisor Manager iWHC
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Build the _Innovative Woman Heath Care_ Medical strategy to cover medical gaps in alignment with the BU objectives
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of scientific and medical knowledge of Medical Advisors
- Leads effort to attract, hire and develop the best talent.
- Plans and manages therapeutic area budget.
- Ensure high performance and core skills development of IWHC Medical Advisor
- Build the IWHC Medical strategy to cover medical gaps in alignment with the BU objectives
- Ensure and improve the quality of the scientific exchanges with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Is a core member of the Medical Affairs Internal Management Team with responsibility for providing consistency with compliance and transparency
- Foster innovation culture and digital transformation within medical area
- Establish Medical KPIs and guarantee the accomplishment
- Consolidate projects related to data generation and patient initiatives proposed by the team
Who are you
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Gynecology is a plus.
- 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs
- 3+ years in the Women's Health area
- 2+ years leading teams
- Demonstrated expertise in drug informationcommunication
- Excellent project management ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Women's Health Products Regulatory Knowledges requirements
- Ability to critically evaluate clinical papers
- Proven ability to understand customer segments and market trends
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to build productive work relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Advanced English
