Car Leader,
based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

**(E-Systems Division).

As Car Leader you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International company and growing environment, reporting directly to a Engineering Manager.

Your tasks will be

Develops plan based on program and client milestones, in coordination with different functions to ensure requirements are met.
Coordinates the actions of the crossfunctional team in the plant to meet the requirements.
Leads engineering changes and design reviews.
Coordinates product engineering activities.
Ensures that proper methods, work instructions, and visual aids for the manufacturing method are developed to ensure quality, output, and the efficiency of the production system.
Participate in activities related to ISO 14001, CTPAT, TS16949 and any other corporate or internal audit in which the human resources area has a direct or indirect relationship.
