Job Summary:


  • Lead the Production Rough Cut Capacity Process, evaluating the production plan feasibility given various availability/requirements scenarios.
  • Deliver a balanced and productive labor/equipment workload while taking into account our security, environment, quality and productivity guidelines.
  • Serve as the main functional link between Production and the Supply Planning Process (SPP), Planning and Shared Services areas, as well as the main input for the Production team's volumerelated dialog, metrics, and midterm analysis

  • Rough Cut Capacity Process Management 20 %
  • Weekly schedule and Planning Boards management 30 %
  • SPP + Stakeholders' requirements negotiation + routines 20 %
  • Midterm analysis 10 %
  • Product Portfolio 10 %
  • Metrics & Reports 10 %

Education Requirements:


  • Engineering bachelor's degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred)

Related Work Experience:

- +2 years in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Operations / Logistic / QA


Functional Skills:


  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP
  • Communication and reports
  • Structured Problem Solving
  • Production Planning / Scheduling basics
  • Manufacturing processes and data analytics
  • KORE (and international certifications) knowledge
  • Quality and Finance controlling requirements knowledge
