- HR Operations: Own and continuously improve HR operational processes including employee life-cycle administration, HR documentation policy deployment and records management to ensure accuracy confidentiality compliance across HR files workflows reporting serving the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR operations resolving requests issues promptly professionally.
