    Requisitos:
    Lic. Administrativa / Psicología / RRHH / A finExperiência mínima de 2 años como Generalista de RRHHExcel IntermedioConocimiento en toda el área de Recursos Humanos
    • Experiênciaen el área mínimo de 2 años en empresas Manufactureras con más de 500asociados.
    • Manejo de indicadores de rotación, ausentismo.
    • Conocimiento y/o manejo de Capacitación y Desarrollo ( seguimiento al DNC ).
    • Recorridos de seguridad industrial.
    • Conocer o haber realizado y negociado Finiquitos.
    • Asistencia a Junta de Conciliación.
    • Análisis de datos y realización de presentaciones en PP.
    • Coordinar y dirigirJuntas de resultado con Jefes yGerentes de distintas áreas.
    • Habilidad de comunicación,clara y concreta.
    • Experiência en Reclutamiento, entrevistas de selección.
    • Disponibilidad de horario.

    • Liderazgo.

    • Comunicación.
    • Habilidades para entrenamiento de Personal.
    • Análisis y Síntesis.

    Principales Funciones y
    Responsabilidades:

    • Atención diaria y continua a personal.
    • Apoyo en la selección de personal.
    • Responsable de dar seguimiento diario al HC autorizado.
    • Trato diario y directo con el sindicato
    • Apoyo a eventos en la empresa
    • Realizar recorridos por plantas de seguridad industrial y de seguimiento con los asociados.
    • Participación en eventos de mejorar del área ( EK )
    • Entre otras.
