- Responsible for the collection of the receivables and maintain the past due receivables and doubtful accounts at the minimum
- Ensure compliance of Credit & Collection policy
- Maintain receivables by ensuring old invoices and credits are regularly applied/cleaned up
- Address timely issues with internal and external partners
- Ensure prompt renewal and increases of credit limits by providing account performance insights/analysis
- Be actively involved in supporting business growth with a continuous improvement mind set
- Ensure coordination and communication with Sales team, Net Dev, Finance, Management and other internal and external partners
- Support to Accounts Receivable department for month end closing activities when required
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Background experience of 5+ years in Credit & Collection within an international environment
- Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office
- Ability to work in various computer systems (Infor, JDE, Highradius and SAP)
- Fluent in Spanish & English (French is a strong asset)
- Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes
- Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work autonomously with little direction
