Financial Strategist

Our team works with clients from different industries and stages as their trusted advisor and hands-on financial intelligence expert; helping clients solve critical financial and business strategy challenges.

In this position you will:

? Lead various projects and teams simultaneously

? Manage the relationship with the client's business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor

? Coordinate and guide data collection and organization from client's sources and systems to provide information clarity and data analytics

? Build customized financial tools such as financial statements, budgets, financial models, operational analysis, and company valuations, etc.

? Deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in financial and business KPIs

? Keep business plans and projects on track and on budget with ongoing budget management and monitoring for variance reporting and rolling forecasts

? Communicate business performance and findings trough presentations and reports for client's stakeholders

? Recommend key strategic and financial insights to top management to plan the companies' growth roadmap

? Support successful investor discussion and board meetings

? Drive process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within our offering

You match with this opportunity if:

? At least 5 years of work experience in startups, corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking or venture capital

? Advanced level of understanding and analyzing financial statements, accounting & financial analysis, and financial modeling ? Self-motivated with a "can-do attitude", proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure

? Experience leading a project team and managing multiple stakeholders

? Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power Bi is a plus)

? Fluency in Spanish and English required

? High commitment with clients and excellence
