- Lead various projects and teams simultaneously
- Manage the relationship with the client's business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor
- Coordinate and guide data collection and organization from client's sources and systems to provide information clarity and data analytics
- Build customized financial tools such as financial statements, budgets, financial models, operational analysis, and company valuations, etc.
- Deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in financial and business KPIs
- Keep business plans and projects on track and on budget with ongoing budget management and monitoring for variance reporting and rolling forecasts
- Communicate business performance and findings trough presentations and reports for client's stakeholders
- Recommend key strategic and financial insights to top management to plan the companies' growth roadmap
- Support successful investor discussion and board meetings
- Drive process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within our offering
- At least 5 years of work experience in startups, corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking or venture capital
- Advanced level of understanding and analyzing financial statements, accounting & financial analysis, and financial modeling Self-motivated with a "can-do attitude", proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience leading a project team and managing multiple stakeholders
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power Bi is a plus)
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
