    Senior Manager Job Description & Summary

    Our team organizes and leads the work of a team to achieve project / program goals within scope, time, and budget while collaborating across all project teams, development teams, and stakeholders to achieve business initiatives.

    These roles are responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources, budgeting, tracking, and executing the overall project plan (or sub-projects under a program).

    As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

    Preferred skills Demonstrates?in-depth?abilities and/or a proven record of success?as a team leader: Collaborating with PwC Labs Leadership to execute the vision, set goals, define objectives, assign priorities and drive execution of Labs' Mexico Acceleration Center (AC) function.

    Monitor measurement of progress against defined goals Coordinating with PwC Labs Leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Labs Mexico AC Driving the strategy on recruitment, fulfillment and retention of resources Providing regular progress updates to PwC Labs Leadership on operational information (e.g., team utilization, stakeholder feedback, SLAs, KPIs, etc.) Developing leadership messaging for communications Preparing presentations to inform and influence leadership, stakeholders, committees etc.

    Escalating risks and issues, business continuity and proactive management of any issues which may arise Driving both teaming and integration of Labs Mexico AC resources across all PwC Labs pillars and broader Labs Global network Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate governance arrangements Identifying areas for new opportunities and synergies within existing service to create value propositions Collaborating with others to discover opportunities to scale efficiencies and improve and evolve new ways of working across multiple teams, projects and environments while maintaining standards and minimizing risk to the firm Creating an environment where people and technology thrive together Influencing and facilitating the creation of long-term relationships which help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders and also adds to the value of the firm Fostering a high-performance culture and a continuous improvement mindset Responsible for managing the overall Labs Mexico Acceleration Center function and to drive strategy as growth continues Experience having managed a large virtual team 100+ people Previous experience as a team leader overseeing various functional groups in a consultative practice Minimum years experience required 7-10 years experienceA four year degree is required Additional application instructions All applicants are required to complete an English assessment as part of the recruiting process.
