    Essential responsibilities:

    Handle customer complaintsTrack and communicate progress in Quality ImprovementsDevelop tools to effectively track performanceCommunicate with customers to update on complaintsMake presentations on Quality KPIs to Upper Management.

    Train employees in WCM Quality ToolsPrepares customer related reports (for example customer scorecard) including analysis and driving implementation of needed actionsProactively visits the customer's site as needed or requested
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Industrial / Electromechanic Engineer
    • 5 years of experience in Quality
    • 5 years experience on internal and external audit
    • Fluent communication in English.
    • Six sigma green / black belt certification
    • Soft skills: Team work, Decision making, Problem solving, Negotiation and communication
