General Description:


The Aftersales Accessories Product Specialist will expand relationships with existing internal and external customers working in a strong collaborative way with different critical departments as purchasing, accessory engineering, sales force team, marketing, and product planning.


These interactions impact directly on the customer satisfaction and sales index, which is the main objective of the position, "Enhance our Client Experience".


Key Responsibilities:

Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth job functions:
Supports vehicle sales by planning accessories that support vehicle and customer's expectations. Trough market-based research determines the optimal product features, specifications, pricing, sales and profitability label.


Responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive accessory plan which supports vehicle sales and support the engineer validation for affiliate products.

Responsible for the execution of all assignments per the master milestone schedule in order to achieve on-time launch.

Provides support and recommendations for the Marketing group to enhance sales opportunities. To know the accessory business of Nissan and competitors.


Build and create new accessory line product focused on real customer's needs, analyzing different variables quality, pricing, sales promotion, etc.

Meets assigned targets for profitable aftersales growth in assigned product lines with the strong Business Plan building.


Planning & Tracking projects with all related areas to achieve the objectives, for this reason is important the control of tracking and leading over other departments.

Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.

Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline

At least 2 years of project management and product development.

Advanced knowledge in automotive sector.

Advanced English.

Advanced knowledge of automotive Aftersales business, field operations, and after-sales marketing.

Familiarity with premium solutions for automotive market.

Creates mid-term sales plans.

Additional experience in Aftersales (Supply chain management, Logistics, or Sales and Marketing) is highly preferred.

Prior experience in leadership position is highly desirable.


Presentation Skills:

Presents analysis with recommendations for action/approval to Senior Manager and Deputy Director levels.


Human Relations Skills:

Works cross functionally inside and outside of Business Development functions. Challenges other departments and finds solutions on issues of difference
