Software Test Engineer - EMB:

Location: Monterrey, NLE, MX, 64830Req ID 51423 MSSC Monterrey 2, Mexico

We are looking for a new colleague in the Software Department for our Active Safety Division.

Your Responsibilities:

Analyze software requirements, designs, and architecture, development of software test specifications, and execution of software tests using automated and manual hardware in a the loop test environments.
Requires the necessary communication, planning, and coordination skills to manage Test Cycles on critical ZF projects.
Take a "systems view" and exhibit troubleshooting skills in the laboratory.
Interfacing with software developers, offshore and European partners, test tool suppliers, OEM customers and other technical and support personnel as required.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Computer Science required; Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering preferred
Minimum of 13 years experience of working knowledge of C/C++ as well as the software development lifecycle.
Experience with embedded software development
Ability to integrate software with target hardware in a lab environment
