- Proporciona soporte operativo y administrativo diario al Gerente Senior o a un Gerente en operaciones terrestres, rampas y/o ubicaciones de entrada, asegurando la utilización más efectiva del tiempo y el esfuerzo.
- Realiza una variedad de actividades administrativas, de oficina y claves adicionales para respaldar la operación, incluido el rastreo de paquetes, envío, entrega y recogida, trato con clientes, etc.
- Lidera y brinda soporte técnico a la operación y garantiza que se sigan los procedimientos establecidos.
- Supervisa en ausencia de la gerencia.
- Garantiza que se desarrollen y coordinen cronogramas de servicio óptimos dentro de las operaciones.
- Coordina que se procese la documentación de la estación y los trámites de estado del cliente, informes GNSL y estados financieros.
- Proporciona revisión de actividades semanales y mensuales.
- Proporciona capacitación a otro personal de la locación según sea necesario.
- Se le puede solicitar que realice otras tareas asignadas
- Certificado de preparatoria/equivalente.
- Cuatro (4) años de experiencia en transporte exprés, de carga, aéreo o de transporte.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal, escrita y oral.
- Conocimientos básicos de computación.
- Buenas habilidades administrativas, de oficina y de trato con las personas.
