Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity:

Lead a team at the (insert site) that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing.

You will drive the strategic direction and initiatives that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production schedule.
Review of capacity reports
Understanding the workload
Material availability review
Enter production orders.
Continuous improvement plans
KPI Management (Plan Fulfillment, Customer Orders and Late Orders, OTTR)

YOU MUST HAVE:

High school diploma or technical career
Intermediate English (spoken and written)
Intermediate Excel handling
SAP System Management
Knowledge in molding areas

WE VALUE:

Some prior experience in production planning.
Ability to use judgement to drive solution.
Able to make decisions using data provided.
Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
Teamwork

Sense of urgency
