Our client offers telehealth and patient longitudinal care services to various partners within the healthcare ecosystem. The system highlights important business and data events to facilitate coordinated care and enable more timely advanced analytics.

When considered collectively, these events offer insight into the progression of individual patient journeys and can help predict future healthcare requirements for those patients.

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor highperforming teams, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment
Provide technical guidance and decisionmaking for AWS projects
Manage DevOps and operational aspects for efficiency
Collaborate effectively with remote teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals
Implement and uphold agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to drive project success
Drive CI/CD, automated testing, and AWS integration for successful project delivery
45 years of experience as a servant leader, building highachieving teams
Technical leader for AWS teams, able to solve and drive technical decisions for the team
Strong communications skill
Independent, selfmotivated
Experience working with remote teams
Experienced with Scrum, Kanban methodologies
Experienced with JIRA, JQL, Excel
Experienced as a developer
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, AWS

Nice to have:
PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred
