Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator (TPC) proficient in English who will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing assigned technical projects.

The TPC will work with the project sponsor, project team and other stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This position would demand communication with Global client Teams and leaders, and thus, he/she should be fluent in English

Responsibilities:

Coordinating the activities of project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Creating detailed plans for milestones such as client meetings or deadlines for submitting reports
Coordinating communication between team members and clients, including scheduling meetings and phone conferences and answering questions
Reviewing proposals from internal clients as well as from Photon to determine whether they are viable projects with realistic budgets and schedules
Coordinating with vendors to ensure time and within budget
Gather information about clients' needs and goals for projects and present options that may meet those needs
Coordinating with outside contractors to ensure that work is carried out according to specifications and on schedule
Preparing progress reports for management regarding the status of projects
Align to different countries' needs.
Raise tickets on Jira and do regular followups until the issue has been fixed.
Talk with the countries involved in LATAM to understand their needs, align them transversally by creating a LATAM calendar.
Should have high level technical understanding that would help in Enhancements
Strategize and prepare the roadmap, supervise and monitor daily progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
5+ years' experience in project coordination or management role
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Fluent in English
Knowledge working with Jira and/or Confluence
Knowledge service desk in ticket tracking
Technical background or experience working in a technical environment
Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycles
Courses or certification in Scrum and / or PM
Working under pressure
The person would be fully accountable for the different decisions being taken by different markets/countries and should be coordinating the different technical enhancements.
