Business Data Migration Expert - Customer Master:
Mexico

About the role

Location:
Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid

As the Business Data Migration Expert - Customer master, you will ensure data is delivered according to global/deployment/country requirements and timelines and is aligned to business processes in customer master area.

You will be responsible for data migration activities related to Customer Master data in a deployment (above-country). You will act as the functional point of contact for data migration on the assigned data objects.

Your Key responsibilities:

Ensure Customer Master data cleansing tasks are completed on time
Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
Build and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects
Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
Ensure Customer master data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders)
Perform manual (typein) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects
Execution and approval of data verification scripts

Role Requirements

Understanding about the business processes in Customer master area (assets, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
7+ years in country & global roles
Proficient English (additional languages preferred)
Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
Strong Excel Skills
ERP project implementation experience preferred
Data Migration experience preferred
