To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for we are looking for a
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst that will work for one of our major client's e-commerce platforms.

Your Role

Work with the platform technologies and languages, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Diagnosing the source of users' plafform problems and advising clients on possible solutions
Responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner
Provides technical support and guidance to resolve users SFCC platform problems
Performing user administrative tasks, Logging and processing support calls
Use objectoriented techniques to create reusable, easy to maintain code.

Your profile
This a
hybrid position where your presence will be needed regularly in our customer's offices in Mexico City.

ENGLISH is mandatory.

Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform
1+ years of SFRA experience
Advanced comunication skills
