We are looking for a Commercial Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Commercial Associate you will be working hand in hand with the Sales Managers by supporting them in the preparation of quotes, budgets and presentations for clients; analyzing customer data to generate proposals; participating in the credit and risk analysis processes and in the construction of the supply and pricing structure.
- Provide general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing.
- Provide support to Sales Managers analyzing potential clients and doing market research and working together with them to ensure the achievement of the expected volume for each client.
- Provide support in the pricing process and preparation of daily fees, proposals, risk analysis and legal issues.
- Actively monitor business opportunities through the "InquirytoOrder" process to facilitate and streamline the flow of operations as well as the commercial relationship with each client.
- Preparation of contracts for clients
- Work together with the Sales Manager for any customer concerns, new business opportunities, or special requirements and make sure to do this in a timely manner and in the agreed time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).
- Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English and Spanish).
- Advanced English
- Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation.
- Focus on the client. Strong commitment to the client and strong skills for building interpersonal relationships.
- Able to build and nurture lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, process improvement and quality orientation
