Take the lead and we'll give you the support you need to be at the top of your game. For our business, for clients, and for youApex Group is looking for a HR Business Partner based in Mexico.
The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, whilst contributing to a larger global HR team with significant cross-border involvement in projects across North America.
The successful candidate should demonstrate adaptability to changing business needs, excellent organisational skills, and a results-driven mindset with strong work ethics.
Partner with senior stakeholders on HR topics such as but not limited to organizational change and employee relation cases/ legal topicsHands on in designing and implementing HR processes and frameworks in line with local laws for the Mexico office.
Ensure timely HR policy and procedure changes including Employee Handbook, Benefits guide, etc, ensuring they are in line with local legislation and regulation, as well as align to Group standardsActively participate in the benefits delivery for the Mexico office and review onboarding processes to make more efficient.
Execute employee relation cases, separation agreements, terminations, redundancies in line with business needsBe aligned to the Regional Head of HR to drive consistency across the business and to share best practicesWork closely with the regional HR team for country input into global projects;Support the regional delivery of the people strategy and key employee lifecycle activities (such as the compensation review process)Provide support to managers and senior stakeholders on People and Culture topicsSupport business on hiring strategy and budgets, working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team; Drive M&A related activities ensuring a smooth integration aligned with business strategyAny other tasks and Ad hoc projects which may be assigned from time to time.
Team player and willing to support tasks and projects for different countries in the region as needed.Ability to rollup sleeves but also address the root cause of issues to aid long term resolutionProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
