Varis is growing our Commercial Implementation and Supplier integration team. We are adding a Senior Supplier Implementation Specialist to join our team to work remotely in Mexico.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead a team of Enablement Specialists to carry out the daily activities of Enabling and Onboarding Suppliers.
  • Provide supplier support for content and catalog creation, transmission, ingestion/validation, publishing, and maintenance
  • Support content standards, catalog deduping, and deconflicting
  • Manage commercial and operational activities to enable suppliers. This includes workplan, resource, use case, order flow, and implementation management
  • Understand the system process needs of different customer types and align with the capabilities of Varis
  • Guide suppliers through system testing and acceptance
  • Work with partner teams to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and follow through with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team to communicate supplierrequested enhancements
  • Assist the Varis teams in answering functionality questions and formulating initial solution design

Success Metrics:

  • Deliver industry best practices in demo presentations and configurations recommendations

Your Experience:


Required Experience:


  • Proficiency in English for Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Presenting information and Product Demonstrations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of related experience that may include Catalog or category analysis, supplier enablement, merchandising analysis, systems implementation, supply chain, or procurement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work, influence, and problem solve
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

  • Experience in eCommerce and/or B2B procurement domain
