2-year prior experience in the same field or any IT-related industry (must)

Networking skills to perform remote troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose incidents

Excellent skills in technical project management with Level 2+ support, Linux operating system, Linux Bash command language and scripting, accountability, organization, and reporting skills

Excellent or good communication in English: read, write, and speak
- flexible in working hours at any given time.

  • Providing prompt and accurate processrelated reports

Skill Sets:

- networking skills to perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose incidents.

Excellent skills in the Linux operating system, networking, Bash command language and scripting, and electronics fundamentals

AZURE Certification at the practitioner level or as an Associate Solution Architect would be an added advantage.

Basic technical project management skills like accountability, organization, and reporting


Salary:
$15, $20,000.00 per month
