    We are ALTEN Mexico: an engineering company that provides specialized solutions for engineering, technology, and product development projects. Our team of more than 250 people works across industries including Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking & Insurance, Telecom & Multimedia, and Rail. We offer project design development, test/validation, programming, implementation, and manufacturing solutions through different levels of service that ensure quality and autonomy for our client's projects.


    •Build up the Procurement Program by dividing and leveling piece procurements.


    •Follow up the Procurement Program realization by managing alert systems and follow the unloading, receipt, and transportation of pieces.


    •Follow supplier delivery performance (supplier Misdeliveries Per Million) and the service of logistics partners and propose appropriate improvement action plans.


    •Achieve the transportation program monthly and the transportation scheme semi-annually.


    •Direct packaging management.


    •Ensure that logistics conventions comply with purchasing objectives and support conditions set by suppliers for procurement and packaging and by logistics partners for transport and services.


    •Verify that Sales and Production Plan (PIC) capacity requirements can be supported by suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary.

    Requirements

    Análisis de fallas y seguimientos de las reclamaciones de clientes (o km.y Campo).

    Monitoreo de indicadores de Calidad en Websites de clientes (customer satisfaction)

    Responsable de cerrar las reclamaciones externas con aplicaciones técnicas de calidad (8D, Ishikawa, 5W, etc)

    Canalizar las reclamaciones de clientes (de línea o de campo) a las áreas responsables para su análisis de causas de acciones contenedoras, correctivas y preventivas hasta su cierre

    Proporcionar respuesta inmediata a nuestros clientes (acciones contenedoras / Sorteos) por problemas de calidad en nuestros productos

    Gestión de desviaciones con clientes y registro en SAP/VIM en caso necesario por fallas en los productos y/o Procesos.

    Proficiency in SAP

    Proficiency in Excel

    Ingles intermediario/avanzado
