As an Administrative Assistant working onsite in Republica Mexico City, Mexico, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.


What You'll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity where you'll make an impact on people? In this role, you'll are responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Site Director and other leaders at the site.

You will be a team member and provide customer services at the site.

You'll report to Site Director. You'll make an impact by helping our site to successfully operate effortlessly.


During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Manage Site Director's calendar, conduct research, make travel arrangements, handle information requests
  • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, clients, and vendors, arranging, and coordinating conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Coordinate daytoday operations, processes, and reporting to keep key stakeholders informed
  • Deliver consistent customer service orientation and communication while interacting with a diverse population

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum of oneyear clerical experience
  • Resourceful to partner successfully with teams, management, and clients
  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow through
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
  • Great technical, analytical, verbal, and written communications skills in English and Spanish
  • Dedication to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer and employee data
