Functional Objectives

  • Role is the Process Lead for Change Management for OEM and Aftermarket Energy Storage products. The process lead is responsible for establishing standard practices, enforcing the change management process, mentoring other Change Coordinators and driving ongoing process improvement in Change Management. This position will work closely with Regional and Global crossfunctional teams to drive an efficient and accurate Change Management process
Primary Responsibilities

  • Focus:
  • Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise on the Change Management process
  • Define and Implement the Change Management Strategy Globally
  • Build the Capabilities of the Regional Change Coordinators
  • Provide Change Management training and mentoring to the organization, especially Product Engineering
  • Development of Global Change Management and Bill of Materials (BOM) standards
  • Lead improvements to process tools
  • Duties:
  • Pre-Check and release of Change Management records
  • Manage weekly Change Management meetings
  • Manage and distribute Change Management agendas
  • Develop and Monitor metrics related to Change Orders
  • Ensure alignment of Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Material
  • Mitigate discrepancies between SAP and Regional ERP systems to support manufacturing
  • Provide coaching and support to the Organization in the creation of Change Orders
  • Assign Material numbers aligned to the Component and Battery Catalogs
  • Provide support for Change Management colleagues to ensure End-User satisfaction
  • Create and update Change Control training documentation to current business practices
  • Partner with IT when system changes require User Acceptance

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree, preferable in Business Administration or Engineering or the Equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 35 years professional experience, preferably in Project Management or Document Change Control
  • Experience with SAP/PLM is highly desired
  • Knowledge of Battery design is helpful
  • Solid communications and organizational skills, especially in a Global environment
  • Detailoriented mindset and commitment to accuracy
  • Project management and leadership through influence
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
