    Cadena de clínicas dentales solicita generalista de recursos humanos.
    Responsabilidades Ayudar en los procesos de reclutamiento y adquisición de talento Realizar procesos de incorporación de empleados y ayudar a organizar las iniciativas de formación y desarrollo Ofrecer apoyo a los empleados en varios temas relacionados con RR.

    HH., como permisos y compensaciones, y solucionar cualquier problema que pueda surgir. Promover programas de RR. HH.

    para crear un lugar de trabajo eficiente y libre de conflictos Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de políticas de Recursos Humanos Realizar tareas relacionadas con la gestión del rendimiento Reunir y analizar datos con métricas de RR.

    útiles, como tiempo para contratar y tasas de rotación de empleados Organizar sesiones de revisión de rendimiento de empleados trimestral y anual Mantener registros y archivos de empleados en formato electrónico o en papel Mejorar la satisfacción laboral resolviendo los problemas con diligencia, aplicando nuevas ventajas y beneficios, y organizando actividades para creación de equipos Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales
    Requisitos Experiência demostrable como generalista de RR.

    HH. Conocimiento de las políticas y procedimientos generales de RR. HH.

    Buen conocimiento de la legislación laboral y de empleo Excelentes capacidades comunicativas y don de gentes Aptitud para solucionar problemas Deseo de trabajar en equipo con un enfoque orientado a los resultados Grado en Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado Se valorará formación adicional en RR.
