    En GEPP estamos buscando a un Ejecutivo telefónico con habilidades en Atención al Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo.     Buscamos a una persona que pueda trabajar en nuestra área de Atención al Cliente y dar un gran servicio telefónico a nuestra base de clientes. El Ejecutivo telefónico trabajará con nuestro equipo para recibir y gestionar las llamadas entrantes, ofreciendo soluciones eficientes y rápidas a nuestros clientes.

    Entre las responsabilidades y tareas que tendrá el Ejecutivo telefónico, destacan:

    • Atender las llamadas de nuestros clientes para solucionar sus dudas, preguntas o incidencias en relación a nuestros productos y servicios.

    • Ofrecer soporte y orientación en relación a los productos que ofrecemos.

    • Registrar y gestionar información sobre incidencias y quejas de nuestros clientes.

    • Gestionar y actualizar los registros de nuestros clientes en nuestro sistema.

    Para desempeñar esta función, buscamos a alguien que tenga las siguientes habilidades y conocimientos:

    • Excelente habilidad de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita. La persona ideal para este puesto debe ser capaz de expresarse de manera clara y precisa.

    • Experiencia en atención al cliente y en el manejo de llamadas telefónicas.

    • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.

    • Habilidades en el seguimiento de procesos y en el registro de información.

    • Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas y tecnologías como el Excel y el manejo de CRM.
