MANAGES THE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS OF A DEDICATED PERIMETER

Builts, develop and feeds pipelines of talents to prepare futures needs
-
Applies the processes, respects the RACI and follow-up the SLA in place
-
Identifies deviations through to a tracking service rate at each step of the recruitment selection, for his/her team and for himself/herself, and proposes easy and complex solutions to comply with the policy and rules in place

Is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with external providers, when it applies, in his/her perimeter and for providing the requested level of information all along the external search

Ensures compliance with appropriate local regulations

Leads effective talent selection initiatives by developing and implementing organizational programs and training for managers, HRBPs and Recruiters including but not limited to sourcing, evaluation and selection methodologies (based on Recruitment Toolkit available)
- **Participates in programs and initiatives associated with hiring a diverse workforce. Communicates on an ongoing basis with HR Network and hiring managers regarding our diversity recruitment efforts and results

MANAGES A TEAM OF RECRUITER(S) (optional)**-
Develops team competences, ensures efficient training is provided to his/her team on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on all the tools used by the team

Identifies and controls his/her team's recruitment assignments progress and identifies the correcting actions to deploy to meet the recruitment activity goals
