- Maintain overall application operation (RUN)
- Handle day-to-day tickets from our internal and external customers
- Manage platform access and rights following customer contract lifecycle in our CRM
- Analyze reported issues and provide diagnostics
- Perform troubleshooting tests, validate fixes and defects resolution
- Enforce platform security and data protection aspects in scope
- Authoring technical and support documentation, as and when needed
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience working in a technical support role solving customer problems
- Experience with MS SQL Server, writing SQL queries and data management.
- Experience with B2B Web applications and web application architecture
- Knowledge of Windows servers and Internet Information Services
- Basic networking skills for application troubleshooting
- Ability to quickly react and analyse complex technical problems
- Identify the root cause of problems, perform gap-analysis
- "Can do" and "Team Player" attitudes
- Professional English language skills, both written and spoken as well as good analytical and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge in IT security and networking
- Good understanding of ITIL and other IT support best practices
- Experience with DevOps and orchestrating releases
- Is comfortable working in a hybrid working model (3 days/week from office)
- Experience with Agile software development or other best in class development practices
- Experience with MS Azure
- Powershell scripting experience
- Userlane or Web digital acquisition tool experience
- Experience in automotive or industrial business.
