Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company.As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital.
After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group').
By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company.
In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.
RESPONSABILIDADES Gestionar el ciclo de vida del proyecto de principio a fin, asegurando la entrega según el presupuesto, el cronograma y los estándares de calidad requeridos para satisfacer las expectativas del cliente.
Gestionar los resultados del proyecto, el alcance y las expectativas. Comunicar activamente y participar con patrocinadores, juntas de proyectos, altos directivos y ejecutivos.Desarrollar y realizar un seguimiento de los planes detallados del proyecto, incluidos los cronogramas, las estimaciones de costos, los planes de recursos, comunicación, mitigación de riesgos y resolución de problemas.
Gestionar el presupuesto del proyecto trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo financiero para gestionar e informar sobre las finanzas del proyecto.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de Alight en todos los proyectos que se están entregando Compartir las mejores prácticas y los aprendizajes claves para apoyar la mejora continua Entregar informes de proyectos y mantener los sistemas de información de acuerdo con las normas de Alight REQUISITOS Experiencia mínima comprobable de 8 años trabajando en gestión de proyectos Experiencia en consultoría de RRHH, nómina y outsourcing (excluyente) Experiencia en gestión de proveedores Inglés Avanzado (excluyente) Ofrecemos excelentes condiciones de trabajo y beneficios, capacitación, posibilidades de crecimiento y desarrollo.
