    Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) talentoso(a) CONTADOR GENERAL SENIOR para unirse a nuestro equipo especializado en FINANZAS para nuestro JOINT VENTURE - EATON CUMMINS en SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO. (Posición remota, aplicaciones abiertas de candidatos de cualquier ciudad de México)

    Responsabilidades:

    • Responsible de realizar trabajos contables altamente especializados necesarios para mantener el libro mayor del departamento (PNL y Balance).
    • Analiza, registra e informa sobre transacciones contables de manera oportuna.
    • Prepara entradas de libro mayor y conciliaciones de cuentas.
    • Prepara estados de balance y de pérdidas y ganancias, estados financieros consolidados y otros programas y reportes contables.
    • Responde a las consultas recibidas de la gerencia, auditores internos y externos, grupo de auditoría de Sarbanes-Oxley y otros sobre resultados financieros, solicitudes especiales de informes, etc.
    • Revisa los controles internos existentes regularmente y desarrolla nuevos controles internos según sea necesario.
    • Analiza los procedimientos actuales y recomienda cambios para desarrollar e implementar procedimientos contables de mejores prácticas.
    • Protege el valor de la organización manteniendo la información confidencial.
    • Responsable de las actividades contables y presupuestarias del Ledger de Comercio de México de la Joint Venture de Eaton Cummins, incluidos el IVA, nómina, contabilidad de FX y impuestos.
    • Apoyar decisiones y supervisar la fijación de precios de transferencia y la gestión de efectivo.
    • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración y supervisar ciertas actividades contables realizadas por Eaton.
    • Coordinar y apoyar la auditoría interna y externa para la entidad legal.

    Supervisar contratos de servicios y otros. Trabajar con el equipo de la Joint Venture de Eaton Cummins para interpretar y aplicar prácticas contables consistentes.

    Calificaciones:

    • Nivel intermedio de experiencia laboral profesional relevante en el campo de la Contabilidad General y Análisis Financiero.
    • Se requiere título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
    • Se requiere certificación como Contador Público, Contador de Gestión, u otra similar. Una Maestría es un gran plus.
    • Se requiere comunicación avanzada en inglés y español (verbal y escrita).
    • Se requiere experiencia previa en áreas contables como impuestos, nómina, tesorería y FX.
    • Excelentes habilidades en Excel son requeridas.
    • Se requiere experiencia en auditoría y controles internos.
    • Experiencia previa con el sistema Oracle es preferida.
    • Posición remota. Horario de lunes a viernes.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar a Estados Unidos 10% al año.
