    Requisitos:

    • Carrera técnica a fin
    • Experiência de 2 años en procesos de nómina y de información de R.H.
    • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
    • Proactivo.
    • Inglés conversación simple.

    Responsabilidades:


    • Apoyar en área de recepción de visitas, proveedores, canalización de llamadas
    • Apoyo en reclutamiento y selección de personal
    • Elaboración y autorización de prenomina semanal
    • Mantener diariamente con el sindicato dialogo para ver todas las situaciones laborales y las acciones a emprender.
    • Seguimiento a las evaluaciones para el otorgamiento de categorías en la planta y las verifica y reporta para su implementación a la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos.
    • Coordinación de eventos internos.
    • Mantener una bolsa de trabajo de acuerdo a los requerimientos y perfiles acordados para los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación e inducción a la planta.
    • Coordinar todas las entrevistas y evaluaciones del personal a reclutar.
