Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including verification and recording of purchase/sales invoices and journal entries.
Manage accounts receivables, ensuring timely collections and reconciliations with customers.
Control accounts payables, working closely with the Purchase Team for timely supplier reconciliations.
Prepare, verify, and authenticate accounting and MIS reports.
Submit monthly profitability and balance sheet reports.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth completion of accounting transactions.
Prepare detailed reports for production, sales, purchases, inventory, and financial transactions.
Handle tax and compliance reports in accordance with Mali laws and manage legal agreements.
Collaborate with local consultants for compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate stock records.
Manage daily cash transactions and prepare cash flow and funds flow statements.
Oversee customs and BIVAC processes for import shipments.
Handle daytoday banking activities.
Monitor and manage working capital and control capital expenditures.
Supervise financial aspects of plant/warehouse operations.
Prepare costings for imports and products to be sold.
Adhere to miscellaneous tasks as assigned by superiors.
