We are looking for an innovative, solutions-oriented marketer with a bias towards action to contribute to build and run marketing campaigns that will help turbo charge our growth in the country.

As Brazil Marketing Campaign Manager, you will build and run through to execution marketing campaign strategies focused on priority segments and new products, utilizing the full marketing mix.

You will build campaigns that are not only backed by customer insight, but also J.P. Morgan Payments global and regional strategic business priorities to drive business growth. Our team sits within J.P.

Morgan Payments Marketing where we are tasked with ensuring our payments presence and capabilities are effectively positioned regionally to support the continued growth of our business.


This role will build and run key marketing campaigns designed to help shift the perception of our business across the country and raise brand awareness, helping J.P.

Morgan Payments to not only win new business, but also deepen existing client relationships.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and control 360 degree marketing campaigns in Brazil to help deliver the right message to the right audience
  • Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders and Marketing partners to:
  • Develop and execute innovative, cohesive and holistic campaigns,
- ensure campaigns are continuously optimized,
- execute tactics flawlessly,
- prepare and report results in a timely manner,
- do benchmark with main competitors and market research to find new opportunities,
- support the content strategy for the country,

  • Proactively identify, prioritize and lead relevant new process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate to regionalize global marketing campaigns in country

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years Marketing experience with a track record of developing and optimizing successful multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing the full marketing mix
  • Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and optimization strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions, including internal marketing functions such as events, communications, channels and content as well as Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and external Partner teams
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and key performance indicators that drive success
  • Ability to design and implement full funnel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in collaborating and executing complex global or regional projects and navigating a matrix organization
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Embraces change and embodies a continuous improvement mindset
  • Creative thinker, proactive problem solver, agile mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands on oriented and strong knowledge of Brazilian market
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
