Position:
Master Scheduler

Location:
Tijuana, Mexico

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules for the Tijuana and San Diego facilities, ensuring alignment with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.

Collaborate with sales, production, procurement, and engineering teams to gather relevant data and inputs for production planning.

Utilize ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) to generate production schedules, monitor production progress, and adjust schedules as needed.

Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components required for production.

Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management, production teams, and customer service.

Lead cross-functional meetings to review production schedules, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Implement best practices for production planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency, minimize lead times, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in using ERP systems for production planning and scheduling (experience with SAP or similar ERP software is a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per month
