This is a position that requires extensive experience in an executive role within an iGaming operator.Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success in the Brazilian market; responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategy development, operations management, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement.
Leveraging extensive experience in the iGaming industry or a comparable digital focused sector in Brazil, and deep understanding of the regional market, you will help build and then lead a talented team to capitalize on growth opportunities, enhance market presence, and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Ultimately reporting back to the senior leadership team at a group level.Role Responsibilities:
Management & administrationProvides general oversight of all activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smooth functioning, efficient organization.
Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.
Assures a work environment that recruits, retains, and supports quality staff. Assures process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff.Recommends staffing and financing requirements.
Financing & GovernancePromotes programs and services that are produced in a cost-effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
