Job Summary

Senior Supply Chain Solution Analyst_

- role involves collaborating with the _

Site/Regional/Segment/Global_
Materials, GPSC & Corporate IT to _

- define/review/improve_
- processes and tools/systems that support procurement functions and GPSC targets._

What a typical day looks like:

_ Procurement tools and systems for indirect and direct materials_

- _ Work with BPO (Business Process Owners), SME (Subject Matter Experts), Key Users, Stakeholders, IT, Support and Talent management teams, at all levels of the organization (site, regional, global, segment) to align strategies, deliver solutions, drive continuous improvement, and provide on-going support._
- _ Perform Site Process mapping._
- _ Perform Gap Analysis and provide proposed solution(s)._
- _ Prepare and send communications internal and external users (as needed)._
- _ Conduct presentations to Project Team and Management._
- _ Coordinate and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes_
- _ Create/update Training documentation, including videos/tutorials, with support from Talent Management and/or 3rd Party teams._
- _ Provide Key User training._
- _ Provide on-going business support to SME's._
- _ Enhancement requests (once initial tool or system is delivered)._
- _ Drive and perform activities that establish better ways of working, in alignment with Global Procurement policy, best practices, organizational goals and objectives._
- _ Provide team support for brainstorming, roadblocks, decision-making and escalations._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._

- _ Solid experience on indirect and direct procurement processes._
- _ Strong verbal and written communication English skills._
- _ Experience in ERP (Baan/LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.)._
- _ Comfortable working in a Global, multi-cultural, fast paced environment._
- _ Ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently._
- _ Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel (macro), Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)._
- _ Preferably, knowledge on Aquire platform._
- _ Preferably, Negotiation and project management skills._
