Purpose of the Job:


We are looking for a Sales Ops executive to be part of this incredible fast-growing Fintech "Clip" with the aim of contributing to the achievement of sales goals through the processes implementation and management.


Education Level & Work Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year working with a sales area

Key Responsibilities:


  • Implementation of the processes that allow the right sales operation of Clip Empresas
  • Guarantee that the area resources are used in an efficient way, according to Clip values
  • Map and improve processes, aligned with the leader
  • Generate reports and analysis of the processes managed
  • Drive resolution of escalations by working with internal clients, and stakeholders
  • Ensure that the sales reps have full understanding of internal processes and how them impact their performance

Technical knowledge:


  • Desirable experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in back office areas.
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communications, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ticketing software
  • Excel, Gsuite, Netsuite
