The Role:


Your Impact:


  • Lead planning and execution of the Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico annual Ford & Lincoln Protect Launch plan with crossfunctional team members
  • Assist Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico with new product development and growth initiatives (such as TireCARE and direct mail programs)
  • Leverage best practices and processes to grow ESB sales in
    Canada and Mexico:
  • Lead Ford Protect product discussions on overall product and pricing
  • Manage and standardized US Ford and Lincoln Protect websites, including Owner sites, Ford Protect eCommerce site, Tier 3 dealer websites, and online advertising landing pages

Support relationship with advertising partners, developing B2B and B2C media campaigns to grow business through loyal dealers, non-loyal Ford Protect dealers, reach consumers while they are in the auto shopping mindset, re-engage consumers who have performed shopping actions, and reach consumers shopping at non-loyal dealers:

  • Manage department Fixed Marketing budget and spending
  • Serve as primary interface with Ford Credit Insurance Operations relating to management and maintenance of dealer experience accounts (cession statement, NCFC and CFC dealer reporting)
  • Marketing products, being successful in the market. Knowledge the regulatory compliance and legal regulation in the market.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in service contract and/or insurance industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)
  • Experience working in a global role
  • Knowledge and understanding of dealership Finance &Insurance and service drive operations
  • Experience in generating and executing ecommerce sales/marketing solutions Availability to work hybrid
