Descripción del empleo
Execution of the PEP and RPP projects and realization of the project targets for external procurement (Q, C, D)
-Purchasing representative in PEP/SE teams and in RPP, restructuring, outsourcings and localization projects, management of outsourcing subprojects
-Application of project management methodology and interdisciplinary moderation
-Inquiries for new parts / initiate pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection
-Carry out SQP incl. obtaining the feasibility confirmation and hand over at least two technically validated quotations for sourcing decision to Commodity Purchasing
-Procurement of prototypes (ABC samples), initial samples, 1st standard delivery to handover to logistics and purchasing.
-Technical release of suppliers / parts in accordance with SQM processes and Good practices
-Ensure sustainable quality through preventive QA measures in projects involving new assignments, relocations ( PEP, RPP etc.)
-Control initial sample release (dimensions, function, material, process)
-Monitor start of serial production until project handover to Commodity Purchasing and logistics
Comprador especialista en componentes y refacciones hidráulicas, con las siguientes responsabilidades:
Negociación comercial con los proveedores con base a precios anuales y planeación de la demanda con base a contratos.
Realización de análisis de flujo de valor y talleres técnicos para identificar potenciales de ratio.
Trabaja con equipos internacionales con comunicación constante para satisfacer la compra de suministros que requieren los departamentos de ingeniería nacional e internacional (USA y Alemania).
Búsqueda, Selección y/o desarrollo de proveedores de componentes hidráulicos para la fabricación de equipo hidráulico.
Realización de análisis de mercado para los BOM de materiales y presentarlo para la toma de decisiones de compra.
Responsable de lograr los objetivos del proyecto en el lado de las compras en términos de costos, plazos, capacidad de fabricación y calidad.

- Formacion Académica : Titulo en Ingeniero industrial, Mecánico o afín, deseable Diplomado o Maestría en Administración de Proyectos.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en el área técnica relacionada y en compras de componentes hidráulicos, planeación de la demanda y licitaciones de compras mayores a $3 millones de dólares.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en conocimiento del Proceso de Fundición, Proceso de Maquinado, Tratamientos térmicos y Grupo de ensambles para productos hidráulicos.
Competencias:
Trabajar de forma autónoma, estructurada y con un enfoque analítico
Apertura al cambio y al crecimiento
Comunicación efectiva con grupos interdisciplinarios e internacionales con el objetivo de presentar temas complejos de una manera comprensible manteniendo un buen juicio y conciencia de los costos que pueden convencer e impulsar los temas de crecimiento y aprobación de proyectos.
Indispensable nivel avanzado en el uso de herramientas de TI MS Office aplicado a las compras, planeación y presentaciones ejecutivas.
Experiencia con sistemas ERP por ejemplo SAP modulo MM.
Idiomas: Ingles Avanzado (Indispensable)
Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales e internacionales (USA y Alemania).
Fuertes habilidades de negociación;
Comunicación eficaz en un entorno de trabajo bajo objetivos de corto y mediano plazo.
Facilidad para la resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para compartir conocimientos con otros miembros del equipo.
