Responsible to manage and supervise the administrative and operative activities of the Wharehouse (Receiving

Storage

Delivery

Shipment
Distribution). To keep the Accuracy Inventory of 99% and to verify the accomplishment of the Wharehouse Procedures. To manage the flow of materials physically and in the ERP (E1) and to keep the safety, 5s in the area, health procedures and Suatinable Development.

What You'll Do:

Manage the flow of the material in the Warehouse. Physically and E
Coordinate and analyze the Cyclic Inventories and to require the adjustements with the justification
Manage the service level with Production and the other Departments internally
Responsible for Quality, Safety, Health, and Enviromental Protection
Responsible to verify and to assure the operational security procedures of the CTPAT program
Monitor and Implement the main actions to accomplish with KPI's
Administrate the flow of materials between BIC and 3PL

Projects You'll Work On:

Accomplish with the KPI's of the Department Inventory Accuracy 99%, Shipping Adherence 98% and Production Adherence 98%
Improve the flow materials in the Warehouse
Control the National Logistics Suppliers
Control the Storage in the Warehouse and Accuracy of the WMS

Qualifications:

Logistic or Industrial Engineer Degree
CTPAT Knowledge
Experience in Distribution, Sustainable Development and Inventories
Warehouse Management System Knowledge
ERP Knowledge (E1, SAP, JDE)
Forklifts Knowledge (intermediate handling)

ISO 9001, 1400
