What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Drive defect resolution and perform lessons learned with product owners in cooperation with internal teams
  • Communicate positively to aid in driving problem solutions and future product improvements
  • Diligently manage Customer and Process related issues thru the Pre-Stop and Stop Ship process
  • Support Field quality by working closely with the Lenovo internal teams, and key Customers to understand their Data Center requirements
  • Ensure communication and data presentations are clear, accurate, and meaningful to our customers
  • Ensure communication and direction is clear to our Suppliers, Manufacturing Sites, Fulfillment teams, and executives.

Position Requirements:
- **Basic Requirements**:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of Quality or Customer Service Management experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • English language skills are required (Spanish language skills also preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization, coordination, and project management skills with a strong sense of ownership
  • Flexibility to work some evening hours
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional and multicultural environments
  • Good with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 software
