What You Will Do

  • Achieve sales quota in the assigned territory and line.
  • Increase presence and Stryker user ́s through IC.
  • Impulse product sales through medium and longterm projects with main ICs.
  • Align strategies with finance and operations, such as sales, pricing, customer target for IC sales team.
  • Develop differentiated business models to approach top customers or business opportunities.
  • Define and follow sales projection, product portfolio offer, medical education and marketing needs.
  • Coordinate and decide the best use for inventory and instruments sets
  • Align and coordinate efforts with IC to deliver a premium service to end customer.
  • Define actions to improve quality service, such as Safety Stock, products, number of instruments sets and kits, etc.
- ct as the channel of resources of the clients in the area of knowledge of the product.

  • Act as liaison between the client and the multiple stakeholders of the company, such as Operations, Regulation and Quality, Compliance.
  • Has a clear state about inventory, rotation and channeling for each project or IC.
  • General coordination of sales team.
  • Territory and quota definition, ICs per rep
  • Follow and analyze ICs results and align with sales team
  • Support sales team on difficult projects or top accounts

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Health care or similar.
  • Experience in Orthopaedics sales of more than 5 years (Joint Replacement desirable)
  • Fluid English language
  • Knowledge in PC (Excel,Word,CRM)
  • Experience as a team leader, multidisciplinary teams, communication and influencing people.
