    Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the One Collins Culture and support the site through culture activation.
  • Maintains a network of contacts with the COEs: Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Labor and Employee Relations to address specialized HR questions.
  • Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community.
  • Provide a broad range of HR support to achieve business objectives, salary planning, organization development (talent reviews, change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning, organizational design), and employee engagement.
  • Collaborates with business units, departments, and functional leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results.
  • Implements human resources strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, and implementing plans for DE&I activities.
  • Compiles, analyzes, and reports Human Resources metrics to an assigned team to ensure that business unit or department objectives are met.
  • Counsel employees and leaders on performance management, career planning, development, and other topics.
  • Assists Talent Management with leading recruitment efforts, when needed, to help attract diverse talent and build bench strength.
  • Consult with clients to understand training and development needs and advise accordingly.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8years applicable HR experience or Master's degree and 5 years of applicable HR experience.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated track record of success.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience coaching leaders on HR issues.
  • Experience with global and/or matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
  • Fully bilingual English-Spanish.
