Position Overview:

Lead and operate Innovation Model framework (process, mindset, and governance) for the orchestration of Innovation initiatives across LATAM. Run the monthly gate meetings, managing agenda, projects, and stakeholders. Visualize design and implement new features and functionalities of the process. Lead LATAM Innovation Council, strengthening the local Innovation Community and muscle. Become an active and influential member of the Global PMO Innovation community.

Orchestrate all the parts of the process including communication flow between stakeholders, Workfront LATAM deployment and management, coordination of Operational Innovation Forums (OIFs) and Gate preparation.

Control tower overview of data uploading and adoption of Workfront as Innovation Platform. Manages workflow information providing a strategic POV to drive decision making in to how to gain efficiency. Individual contributor capable of leading by influence extended multi-functional teams. Ability to execute complex or specialized projects.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:


  • Orchestrate LATAM Gates, provide stakeholders involved with a clear sequence of dates and activities and coordinate the fulfillment and accuracy of information needed for prereads and approvals.
  • Understand need for improvements and design streamlined solutions to optimize the Innovation Model.
  • Co-Lead the full adoption of Innovation Model and its new features.
  • Enable the correct development and running of the Operational Innovation Forums (OIFs) providing the tools and environment to make them work efficiently and effectively.
  • Designing and implementing the necessary ecosystem of meetings and routines to ensure the least time consuming and better user experience possible.
  • Lead Workfront LATAM deployments, trainings, and communications.
  • Orchestrate LATAM Innovation onboardings, trainings and retrospectives.
  • Orchestrate the design and execution of the Innovation Communication Strategy and Plan.
  • Run flow metrics and foster knowledge about key team indicators.
  • Help wire and integrate related processes like profitability, BCPs, etc
  • Identify and lead opportunities of automatization and digitalization of processes to gain efficiency and reduce workload for the organization.
  • Design data gathering from the process iterations and propose future improvements on what to track, analyze and how these conclusions will help a continuous learning cycle to improve the process efficiency and databased decision making.
  • Manage portfolio view and strategy providing guidance on how to prioritize and drive decision making.

Related Work Experience:


  • 5 years of experience working with crossfunctional and crossgeographical teams
  • Experience working with project management, broad KO system knowledge is preferred, especially direct experience regarding New Product Introduction
  • Awareness of Agile / Scrum
