Role Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Conducts endtoend project management of multiple large projects and may also manage subcomponents of an extensive program.
  • Leads crossfunctional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within the allotted timeline and budget. Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executives of highvalue projects/programs.
  • Defines project/program scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes a master timeline for deliverables.
  • May be responsible for Profit and Loss Statements. Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for execution of highvalue projects.

  • Projects are complex in nature, typically span multiple groups, and require analytical skills in defining scope and objectives. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates to clients/vendors.

Job Contribution:


  • Intermediatelevel technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and a sound understanding of ATT technologies.
  • Projects/programs are very complex in nature, rarely follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple business units or are companywide, and require a high level of analysis to create project/program plans for new concept projects/programs.
  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Education:

Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification desired.


Experience:

Typically requires a minimum of ten years program related experience and prior management experience
