    Descripción

    Como Ejecutivo (a) Comercial, serás responsable de mantener y expandir relaciones con clientes estratégicamente importantes. Serás el punto de contacto principal para cuentas clave, asegurando su satisfacción y impulsando el crecimiento de ingresos mediante oportunidades de venta adicional y venta cruzada. Este rol requiere un profundo entendimiento del ecosistema open source, sólidas habilidades de comunicación y un historial comprobado de éxito en la gestión de cuentas.

    Responsabilidades:

    Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de cuentas para aumentar los ingresos y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
    - Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con clientes clave.
    - Identificar y perseguir oportunidades de venta adicional y venta cruzada dentro de cuentas existentes.
    - Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar que las necesidades del cliente sean atendidas y los problemas sean resueltos de manera oportuna.
    - Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de la industria y actividades de competidores para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
    - Proporcionar informes regulares y actualizaciones sobre el estado de la cuenta y el desempeño de ventas.

    Requisitos:

    Licenciatura en ingeniería, administración de empresas o un campo relacionado.
    - Contar con una maestría en administración de empresas o un campo relacionado se considerará un plus.
    - Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en ventas o gestión de cuentas, con al menos 3 años específicamente en el mercado de soluciones open source.
    - Experiencia trabajando con clientes a nivel empresarial en el sector tecnológico.
    - Historial comprobado de cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas y aumentar los ingresos.
    - Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo en un entorno acelerado.
    - Dominio de software CRM y Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Conocimiento de modelos de licencia de software de código abierto y metodologías de desarrollo.

    Esta posición requiere de asistencia mínima de 2 veces por semana a nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Lomas de Chapultepec, Ciudad de México. México.
