- Gestionar proyectos de mejora identificados en las áreas operativas desde su definición hasta la implementación.
- Definir metodología para el registro, desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos de creación de valor.
- Identificar proyectos basado en análisis de datos, necesidades operativas y requerimientos de clientes internos o externos.
- Dar seguimiento a las recomendaciones, acciones y beneficios producto de la implementación de los proyectos.
- Comunicar resultados periódicos de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Mantener catálogo de proyectos ejecutados para consulta, análisis y/o difusión.
- Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Sistemas
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de creación de valor
- Conocimiento de equipos y procesos de minería
- Conocimiento de metodología de mejora continua como Kaizen, 5S, MPT, Six Sigma
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel y apps)
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Cambio de residencia si aplica.
