Solution Team Leader (Business Process Architect)
About this job:
In this role, you will become part of the Innovation team working in the space of automation, AI/ML, product design, testing and new product rollouts.
As a member of the Innovation Solution team, you will work in a dynamic, multinational, and virtual environment collaborating with colleagues across NOCs and will be playing an active role as a part of automation solution team.
This is a position for Nielsen IQ operational associates who would like to grow beyond BAU processes and work with high exposure to new tools in the global area.
Work on creating new solutions use cases, proof of concept and prototypes and beyond by exploring diverse data sets using tools such as python.
Support Internal and External Clients with the understanding of the tools you've designed and secure change management.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement data pipelines to support datadriven decision making.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment, testing and monitoring of data systems.
- Debug and troubleshoot data pipeline.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data systems.
- Keep uptodate with the latest technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 12 years of experience in Data Analyst.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and/or NoSQL databases.
- 1 years of experience with data related Azure Cloud Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions)
- Working experience in an Agile environment
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced, collaborative environment
- Taking ownership for executed tasks, driving progress and working out solutions
- Openness and flexibility to change and being comfortable with a project with multiple unknowns
- Team player, natural networker
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Openness to change and high level of adaptability
- Can-Do attitude, proactiveness
